Using Accessories To Personalize Your Golf Bag
from: Max Golf GuidesA golf bag full of golf clubsis probably any golfer’s most cherished possession. A lot of money is often invested into the contents of a golf bag, and so you probably want to keep it as safe as possible. Therefore, when you first get your golf bag and golf clubs, you should try to personalize it. This will make you more familiar with your clubs and thus more efficient when you're playing a round and also give you a true sense of ownership.
Once you've put all of your clubs into your golf bag, it's unlikely you've filled it all the way up. You will have more space in various compartments and pockets that decorate the outside of the bag. You should not leave these empty. Rather, fill them up with anything you might need when you're out on the course. This might include putting an extra water bottle into one of the pockets, adding a first aid kit in another pocket just in case something should happen plus, an obvious choice, a large selection of golf balls, tees and any other items you frequently use when golfing.
Once you have all of the practical accessories for golf bags taken care of, you can add some of the more "fun" novelty items. There's no shortage of things you can attach to your golf bag, whether it's to get a laugh from your friends or simply to remind you about something. Little plush keychain-like items can be attached at many points all across the golf bag, from small stuffed golf balls, or some sort of figurine. If there's something you'd like to have, there's no limit to the accessories you can bring along.
If you want an easy way to identify your golf bag, you can have your name attached to it. This could be in the form of some sort of embroidery project or simply some scribbles with a sharpie. It doesn't matter how you get it done, but it’s important that you have some indication the golf bag is yours in the event it should get lost on the golf course. When someone recognizes your name and returns your expensive clubs, you'll be glad you put your name on the bag.
There really is no limitations on how you can personalize your golf bag with accessories. However, the keyword is "personalize". Decide on what defines you as a person and what can help you out while you are golfing and this will help you do the job accordingly.
