The Many Novelty Accessories Available To Golfers

from: Max Golf Guides

Golf is a sport in which players constantly find something new to spend --though some think waste--their money on. Clubs themselves could cost an insane amounts if a golfer has his eyes on the nicest graphite ones available. If you're plan to spend all of your money on the nicest graphite clubs, you may not have any money left over for some interesting and eccentric accessories. There's always something new and clever that a golfer can buy, and you often catch people driving around in their golf carts loaded with novelty golf accessories

Have you ever hit a hole in one? This occurance doesn't soon leave a golfer's mind, and the Hole-N-One plaque isn't going to speed it up. This plaque is sold online and in golf stores, and comes with the plaque the kit to quickly fasten a golf ball to it. The purpose is to display the ball you used to hit the hole in one for everyone to see. Rather than using the ball to play more rounds, you can immortalize it on your wall. This may seem a bit frivolous and unneeded, but a Hole-N-One is something to be pround of so why not save the ball using an accessory that will tell the world about your accomplishment.

There's a clever internet site offering what they call a Tee-Card. It's a small product the size of a business card that pops out to form a golf tee that can be used over and over again. This is one golf accessory that can actually come in handy in the you lose your golf bag and have nothing but your wallet (which quite conveniently holds a Tee-Card). It's unclear whether this product works on grass or not, but it seems hard to imagine how a product like that could function in grass.

Have you heard of a "WOW" putter? This is another interesting novelty accessory that is equipped with so many gadgets it would probably make James Bond envious. The gadgets are supposed to help a golfer putt better, but it's difficult to imagine how they could all come in handy. The head of the putter includes a tape measure, a compass, a level, a rabbit's foot, and a horn. Surprisingly, the putter is actually usable despite all of the attachments. If you think you could actually use a tape measure or a compass or a level during your putting, then this could be the perfect putter for you.

For more extravagant and probably totally unnecessary golf accessories, you can buy lots of personalized golf clubs and accessories. You can pick up a putter plated in 24k gold and personalized with whatever message you choose -- a great way to show off to all of your golfing friends. Unfortunately, the price can run quite high for the gold plated versions.

As you can see, there are countless pointless accessories for the avid golfer. You can show off all of your accomplishments in an extravagant way, or you can bring your bag of gadgets with you wherever you go on the golf course. Regardless, you're sure to get a few laughs with your golf accessories.
